QREAN was one of 136 clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during U Sports 3-on-3 Floorball Faceoff 2019. They participated with one team in U18 Boys.

In addition to QREAN, 29 other teams played in U18 Boys. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof QREAN could be found in Group B together with SST 2, TryHard, YCKSS B 1 and Compass 9.
