FloorballKakis was one of 136 clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during U Sports 3-on-3 Floorball Faceoff 2019. They participated with one team in U21 Girls.

In addition to FloorballKakis, 12 other teams played in U21 Girls. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof FloorballKakis could be found in Group A together with Team Joo Koon, Black Lions and Lihuat.
