Black Sparrow was one of 136 clubs from Singapore that had teams playing during U Sports 3-on-3 Floorball Faceoff 2019. They participated with one team in U18 Girls.

In addition to Black Sparrow, 11 other teams played in U18 Girls. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Black Sparrow could be found in Group C together with Compass 5, cObRas and siAo giNAs.
